Double Celebrations
Wella World audience, London, were treated to a double celebration of graduates collecting their certificates of achievement and singing Happy Birthday to the host of the evening Joshua Galvin.
Special guest Annie Humphreys co-hosted the graduation to a packed audience including founder of Alternative Hair and Sanrizz Tony Rizzo, Hob’s Paul Simbler, Junior Green, International Marketing Director of Vidal Sassoon Susie Much and Customer Business Development Key Account Manager for Wella Paul Oscroft.
Graduates from NVQ Hairdressing Level 1, 2 and School’s programmes entered the stage to collect their hard earned achievements along with Joshua Galvin @ Central training tutor Emma Crosbie for achieving her Assessor’s Award, Claire Boylan for Assessor of 2009 and salons; Kaizo, Sanrizz, Jo Partridge, 370 Hair & Beauty, Clipso and Alleycatz collected their ‘Preferred Training Salon’ certificates, a scheme launched last year by Joshua Galvin @ Central Training to recognise those salons who employ active NVQ Assessor’s and encourage and deliver training to all their junior staff enrolled at the Academy. Special awards went out to Dedicated Learner David Bartlett, Outstanding Achiever of the Year Samantha Langford and Student of the Year Charles Coppin.
Annie Humphreys stated “ I am honoured to do the speech this evening as I feel a sense of passion at the Joshua Galvin Academy as the training and celebrations are focused on the learner”
